For those companies who already hold their own ocean freight contracts, we will book, prepare and manage the export clearance and documentation processes. We can also issue certificates of origin, validate documents with the requisite Chambers of Commerce, prepare Letters of Credit, and assist with other specialized documentation or forms.

Just as customs clearance requires extensive knowledge of import regulations, so does export require the expertise necessary to make a proper AES (Automated Export System) filing with Census and declarations with the State and/or Defense Departments for regulated commodities.

For those companies not holding their own contracts, we can handle your shipments through our NVOCC division, CROSSWINDS INTERNATIONAL INC.
