New China Customs Advance Manifest

In regard to the New China Customs Advance Manifest, we have re-studied the announcement No.56 and below information for your further reference.

Main adjustments are:

  • Enforcement of advanced manifest submission 24 hours prior to Loading the vessels that sail to / via / out off ALL Chinese ports.
  • Original Manifest data submitted must contain a detailed, complete and accurate goods description (same must be reflected under all Bill of Lading).
  • Additional date elements which must be included are listed in following table.

The required data are provided with Shipping Instruction in time to carriers who will submit to China Customs 24 hours prior to loading, so as to ensure no penalties / fines, nor delays with cargo delivery to the consignee.
